Kamehameha-Hawaii is seeking coaches for judo, bowling and cheerleading, and the deadline to apply is Jan. 24.

Applicable coaching experience at the varsity, junior varsity or intermediate levels to mold talent for a successful sports program required.

Haili volleyball tourneys on tap

The Haili Girls Tournament will be played Feb. 15-21 at the Hilo Armory, with adult and junior divisions.

• The 59th Annual Haili Volleyball Tournament will be played on seven courts at four sites in the Hilo area from March 21-26. There will be junior and adult Divisions, and application can be downloaded at Hailivolleyball.com.

The deadline to enter both tournaments is Feb. 6.

Hilo Trollers meeting Friday

Hilo Trollers will hold their annual spring meeting at 6 p.m. Friday at Wailoa Pavilion 1.

The organizational meeting will be used to confirm the new president and board, confirm the monthly tournament dates and begin preparations for the 2016 season.

Captain Gil Kuali’i has agreed to serve and is expected to take over the presidency and form a new board.

Membership forms will be available and Trollers always welcomes new boats and new member.

Keaau seeks volleyball coach

Keaau High is accepting applications for head boys and girls volleyball coach.

All applicants must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and be interviewed by a select panel.Applications can be picked up and returned to the school’s main office – by Jan. 20 – during regular business hours.

The BIIF is looking for people interested in becoming water polo officials for the upcoming season.

Some background in water polo is important and training will be offered.
